Tiana was an absolute legend! Though already busy with another potential client, she had acknowledged I was there and was able to give me a quick run down on the house and allowed me to experience the house for myself. During the week, she was able to call and follow up with me regarding house and helped me through the process as a first time home buyer to make an offer. Explained the process, even sent a “help book” for first time home buyers. Tiana broke down each step for me including when we had a multi offer scenario advised to put my best foot forward. Not once did I have to think where I stood with her in the process! I actually felt really safe and confident in what I was doing! Able to provide a list of builders for builders report, and then to be there with me as we put the sold sticker on the sign. Tiana has been a pivotal part for this journey!
