He did exactly what he promised to do, and it was a joy to work with him to get a fantastic result for us. His ability to relate to all parties was amazing, and he is so unusual in that he has both the empathy and the decisive ability to close a sale. So rare in one so young. Both Kathryn and I enjoyed the process and will certainly recommend him. Such a delight to partner with on our sale.
