Over the years we’ve been involved in a lot of property transactions both here in New Zealand and overseas. Therefore, we know it’s not uncommon for issues to pop up when undertaking a property transaction. When an earthquake related issue popped up this time Thomas provided clear communication and regular follow-ups. Honestly, this deal would never landed without Thomas’s excellent stewardship.
