Genuine, fluid

While I can only speak from my recent experience with Whittle Knight, I know that buying a home can be a vulnerable time often filled with back and forth disappointment and uncertainty for both parties. This wasn’t the case with Guy and Tom. From the outset, we set clear expectations, and they worked hard to ensure both sides were satisfied. Their communication was genuine, and their approach made what could have been a stressful process feel straightforward and fair. I really appreciate the professionalism and effort they put in to make the whole experience a positive one.
