Thomas was great to deal with at all points. We purchased a house remotely through Thomas, he was able to take us on a video walkthrough and answer all questions on the spot. Requests for documents were met almost immediately. he made himself available for contractors to enter the house whenever needed prior to Settlement. All n all an excellent experience.
