Not Like Other Real Estate Agents!

I’ll be honest — I’m not generally a fan of real estate agents and we had some disappointing experiences earlier in our house-hunting journey. We had been looking for a home for around three months before I reached out to Theo. We were recommended Theo by a friend after receiving our bank pre-approval, and we only wish we’d started working with him sooner! Theo made the whole process significantly easier. His communication was excellent, he was always quick to respond, and he was personable, approachable, and genuinely helpful. He also took on a lot of the work (calls, emails, finding listings etc), which made what can be a stressful and overwhelming process feel much more manageable. We really appreciated Theo’s support, professionalism, and willingness to go the extra mile. Working with him completely changed our experience of house hunting, and we would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely helpful real estate agent.
