Theo is very professional Agent, knowledgeable in every single details of information. Easy to approach and with a lot of patience, Very resourceful too. We find it hard at first to look for a property that suits for our budget but with Theo's Help everything goes smooth. He explains what are the pro's and Con's / advantage and disadvantage. Sold our property in record time. Initial meet up was on a Friday. Came prepared with brochures and information about surrounding properties and values. Very prepared. Managed to get potential buyer in look at the property by the next week. Received an offer from them. We settled inside a week and a half from that original Friday meeting. Amazing process.
