Sold our property in record time. Initial meet up was on a Friday. Came prepared with brochures and information about surrounding properties and values. Very prepared. Managed to get potential buyer in look at the property by the next week. Received an offer from them. We settled inside a week and a half from that original Friday meeting. Amazing process.
