Tess has great communication. Our messages and calls were always answered promptly. She is a trustworthy, professional agent. Would highly recommend Tess and her team.

Tess worked hard for our family to make the purchase go to plan. We never thought we'd find something so quickly. At first we looked at a home within her portfolio, but decided to have a quick look at another. She worked fast to secure us the offer -with her colleague to help their vendor get the sale. Whilst helping our family grow our portfolio - which in part helps our children have a home to call their own. No pressure, the right tone and response - really helpful. Softly checking in when we least expected it, as we work through the process. Good luck Tess and thanks Property Brokers. Another win for everyone.

Tess works so hard to sell your house, even when things get complicated she’s still there trying her best. Tess has integrity, professionalism, and compassion. She communicates promptly, clarifies issues clearly, and work collaboratively. We would recommend Tess her work is exceptional.

Communication was great - we were kept well informed of all steps of the sale of our property

Tess communicated well with us right from day one and always kept us up to date with what was happening. Tess was very knowledgeable regarding market trends, how to market our property to get the best results, and ideas on how to present our property. After every open home Tess would contact us immediately to let us know how it went and followed up with any interest parties. Tess also kept us informed if another team member from Property Brokers had a viewing and updated us with feedback from the buyers on the same day. Her friendly but professional manner made us feel at ease during a stressful time of having a property on the market. We got fast results with a contract and Tess was very efficient and professional in negotiating a price that was agreeable to both parties. We would recommend Tess to anyone considering selling their home or purchasing a property.

Tess was great to work with when selling our rental property. She kept us updated the whole way through the process and communicated really well, which made things a lot easier as we were overseas during this time. We really appreciated everything she did and would definitely recommend her.

We would highly recommend Tess to anyone looking to sell their property. Tess has been dedicated to helping us achieve our goals. Tess is very professional and we couldn't be happier with the service we received.

Made the whole process a lot easier for me. I was a little disappointed I didn’t get the price I wanted but it isn’t a very buoyant market
