I had a number of desirable apartments I wanted to sell in a West Coast holiday spot. A difficult sell at the best of times let alone in this current economic environment. Within weeks were getting numerous enquiries which resulted in the sale of all apartments @ the price point we were wanting. Terry and Gio kept in constant contact with weekly updates and reports and their team completed all sales with zero issues and zero fuss. The thing that impressed me the most was how hard he worked for us, sometimes travelling long distances, to meet with potential purchasers and to get the contracts signed.
