A difficult sale

It was a pleasure working with Terry on what can only be describe as a difficult sale, most Agents would a have walked away on an " as is " sale with all sorts of issues. Not Terry he had an interested party and put in (more than ) the extra hard yards to get the sale over the line. Communication was excellent and a very professional attitude to both myself the vendor and to the purchasers. An excellent job with a great result. Highly recommended. Regards Robert Williams
