Appleby Hills sale

Terry Milton and his wife Gio Milton recently sold our home. They were the second real estate company we had contracted. We were pleased with the number of potential buyers they bought through. We mostly saw Terry at the very beginning and when we needed to renew the contract. At times attention to detail was lacking mostly in the reporting, this was blamed on the PA and we were told it would be corrected the next day but not received at all. Really the house was sold by Gio and to be honest we far preferred dealing with her. We found her very approachable, upfront, honest and easy to interact with, I will post on her Rate my agent. While we had no huge problem with Terry, we did keep notes. On several occassions we were led by him to believe an offer was imminent, when questioned we were told I'm calling them tomorrow, we would hear nothing so would check, the answer was then I'm calling them Thurs and we would still hear nothing. We learned not to get excited. it became quite frustrating. We were convinced to lower the price, by doing this we would get multiple offers. We knew the market was not so strong and we knew and agreed to lower the price but certainly had no multi offers. The answer would be `oh the market has become worse since then` Basically we felt he was telling us what he thought we wanted to hear and selling his vision, we prefer upfront reality. But having said that they did sell the house.
