Fast and easy sale
We feel Terry worked well for us and got a fast sale, we are very happy. On the downside, final sale price was well below appraisal price but we were pleased to get a fast sale in what appeared to be a stagnating market.

Cash offers are few and far between in this market and we worked very hard to find one for you. It is still very much a buyers market and the market will always determine price, but buying and selling in the same market allows that differential to be applied to the price of the property you are buying as a cash buyer.
