Terry knew the property well. Communications were professional but relaxed and he was able to immediately answer most questions put to him. Once a contact was under way, communications and documentation were very speedy and orderly.

Terry was great to deal with in all aspects. The house was not listed on line so am not able to comment on that aspect but if it had been I'm certain he would have had 5 stars.
