Positive, proactive, professional, approachable, stepwise approach!

Terri was exceptional with helping us navigate a complicated sale of our home, and purchase of a beautiful new home. She had great knowledge of market value which allowed us to enjoy a multi offer situation on our property. Her knowledge and connections within our community is undeniable and if she doesn’t know the answer, she quickly finds it out from the appropriate professional (in council, surveyors, pool relocators, lawyers etc). She applied minimal to no pressure to us when hard decisions were needed, but made us gently aware of the pros/cons of these decisions. When Terri was away for a few weeks, so made sure we were aptly looked after by Joanna; we always felt cared for and supported. This is the biggest purchase of our lives so far and it has been a pleasure to work with Terri throughout. Settlement date in 12 days now and we just can’t wait! We would love to work with Terri and Joanna in the future, but for now (and the next 10-20 years hopefully) we will just be enjoying our lovely new home that she helped us obtain.
