Terri helped the reviewer sell this property

Incredibly helpful, proactive and true professional throughout

Terri has been an exemplary agent for us and we would strongly recommend her. From the outset she dealt with marketing the property and showing prospective buyers around in a very professional way and generating good interest. Once we had our buyer it turned out there were some council permissions that we needed to acquire and Terri was instrumental in helping us obtain these. Her advice and guidance through the whole process made everything run extremely smoothly and we are very grateful to her for all her efforts. Our lawyer was hugely complimentary about Terri, saying Terri was very efficient and our lawyer pointed out that as a result of that efficiency she had charged for fewer billable hours than she otherwise would have done with other agents.
