Excellent communicator who kept us informed every step of the way

This was our first time selling, so we didn't really know what to expect, but Terri kept us informed the whole way through. She was very responsive and we never had to chase her for an answer. She followed up after every single viewing and every open home to let us know how it had gone and what the feedback was.
