Exceptional service and a great result

We couldn't have wished for a better agent than Terri. She worked hard for us from day one and made us feel as if we were her most important clients. Her communication was faultless, with at times daily calls and voice and text messages, and constant availability by phone. We never had to wonder what was happening. When it came to marketing, and presenting and negotiating offers, Terri listened to our concerns and offered considered and well-researched advice. She was always friendly and upbeat and we knew she would be making a great impression with buyers. We saw this for ourselves when the buyers' young daughter gave Terri a hug!
