We had an excellent experience with Teide. When going into this process of buying a house we had recently had some negative experience with other selling agents so we were expecting Teide to be solely working for the vendor. However we found that Teide was exceptionally helpful to us as well and guided us smoothly through the process. One or two difficulties came up with lawyers and because of Teide's communication with said lawyers we were able to work our way through the issues and find a solution that worked for everyone involved. We would highly recommend Teide to anyone looking at buying and selling.
