We gave him all our key requirements and he was able to arrange a whole weekend of homes for us to look at, all within budget, and in a variety of areas he thought would interest us. It took all the stress off us coming in from out of town, and he was such a great sounding board for honest advice on the homes, and feedback on the different areas around town.
