Friendly, helpful and professional

Taylor was friendly, helpful and honest. She was keen to resolve any issues and answer any questions we had about the property, including one particularly tricky area regarding old council boundary lines. Her communication was always prompt and polite and she was transparent about the process. At no point did we feel pressured into making a decision, which was so important to us after a previous bad experience. We would absolutely recommend Taylor!
