Fell in love with the house, needed help with the process

Whilst we have been in NZ for 16 years this was only the second house purchase and dependent on sale of our own property. On top of that was extra pressure from a very hot housing market which all led to feeling quite vulnerable and stressed. Tawny was very helpful, her communication was good throughout and she kept us up to date with what was happening. She was very patient through the whole process.
