We took the lowest offer , which also happened to be the best offer as it was cash and quick settlement.. the rest of the offers were subject to sale etc. We found them both very honest and transparent. Tawny is a very lovely and approachable agent. She’s very easy to deal with and is a great communicator. I was able to arrange a viewing with Tawny to go see the property when it suited me which was great as I had to travel into New Plymouth from out of town. She was more than happy to arrange a time with me for a builder to come and inspect the house before I put an offer in.
