Having gone through quite a few open homes and met plenty of real estate agents along the way, we couldn’t be happier that Tash was the person who helped us find our home. From the beginning, Tash’s genuine approach and character stood out. She quickly understood what we were looking for, made us feel at ease and genuinely cared about helping us find the right home. We never felt pressured or like we were simply another sale. When things didn’t quite go to plan with one of the properties we were initially pursuing, Tash was fantastic at keeping us informed and helping us look ahead. Her uplifting energy and genuine support made what could have been a frustrating part of the process much easier, and ultimately helped us find our #1 home. Communication was excellent throughout. Tash was quick to respond, kept us updated and checked in regularly without ever being overbearing. She also did a fantastic job managing the process between ourselves and the vendor, which took a lot of the stress out of buying a home. Tash also has a great sense of humour and was fantastic with our kids during the open homes. She quickly became their favourite, to the point where they only wanted to go and look at “Tash’s houses”! We’re incredibly grateful to Tash for helping us find our home and would have no hesitation recommending her to anyone looking to buy or sell. Should we ever need real estate services again, Tash will be the first person we call.
