When I opened ‘Facebook’ one Sunday morning in November, I had no intention of buying a house, but the very well presented Mike Pero advert for 8 Aorangi Road caught my eye. Photos, detail and and property description were excellent, and most important, Asking Price, $729,000. Hardly any agencies put a price on their adverts, it is either Auction, Tender or Price by negotiation..at which stage I move on. I deduced that this property would suit my daughter and instructed her to go to the open home that afternoon.
