Lovely Agent & Difficult Market.

Tanja did a fantastic job marketing our Whangamatā property. The photography and overall campaign presented the property really well, and she was extremely helpful with getting everything ready for open homes. As we don't live in Whangamatā, having Tanja there to help with the practical side of things was invaluable. The market was challenging, and unfortunately the final sale price came in considerably below the original appraisal, which was disappointing. At times I felt the process became a little too buyer-led in terms of establishing the property's value, and I would have liked to have seen a stronger emphasis on protecting the value we believed was there. Communication following open homes could also have been more proactive. That said, Tanja was always friendly, approachable and willing to help, and she put a lot of effort into the presentation and marketing of our property. Selling in a difficult market isn't easy, and we genuinely appreciated everything she did for us, particularly when we were managing the sale from out of town.
