Friendly, professional, responsive!

Tania made us feel welcome right from when we walked through the door at the first open home. She answered all our questions, and was highly professional but friendly with it. We hadn't been in a multi-offer or deadline sale-type situation with a property purchase before, but Tania made it all as straightforward as could be, and helped us with a few last-minute changes to the conditions of our offer.
