Tania and Paula are a calm, friendly and professional team who were completely dedicated to the sale of our house. Tania provided regular detailed updates about the progress of the sale and excellent support with unforeseen complications. Great work!

Dealing with Tania and Paula was just as one would expect the house purchase should look like. Thank you for you effort; we are very pleased with our new property.

“Thank you so much for the fantastic results achieved in selling our house. Tania and Paula did an amazing job, keeping us up to date and informed every step of the way which made a potentially stressful life event, a real breeze. There were some complexities around the title which were communicated and worked through expertly to get the best outcome for all. Just Paterson’s marketing and photos are superior to other agents and once the house was on the market it sold within 2 and a half weeks and well above our expectations price wise. Paula and Tania are great to deal with and we would recommend them to anyone about to put their house on the market.”

Tania has a lovely friendly manner and was so approachable, she really went out of her way and offered so much advice and support throughout the whole process. I cant recommend Tania high enough, she is efficient, kept me up to date at all times, was open and honest and has an in-depth knowledge of real estate in Wellington. Thank you so much Tania, Ill be singing your praises to anyone I know needing a good agent.

Tania was excellent, always there when we needed anything with a wealth of knowledge and business related connections. She made the experience positive, enjoyable and had our interests at heart for sure. We were delighted with the sale outcome and felt Tania & Paula eased away any obstacle in our way! Can't recommend them enough & thank them for their untiring work and determination in the ever changing Wellington market.

I decided to sell my home in Newtown and having met Tania O’Connor at one of her Open Homes, decided to get her up to give me an evaluation on the property. I also spoke with several other Agents and was particularly cautious having had some terrible experiences in the past. After meeting with Tania and Paula Watkins I decided to list the house exclusively with them. I liked their style and felt they had similar values to mine. I have to say, Tania and Paula totally exceeded my expectations. Their service was fast, efficient, open and honest. I never had to chase them and I was always kept informed of what was happening. The house sold after 2 Open Homes and was a very smooth transaction. I would have no hesitation in recommending Tania and Paula to anyone looking for exceptional service from a Real Estate Agency and next time I move, I will definitely be tracking them down!”

Tania took the stress out of the sale by taking her time to walk me through the process, explaining each step in such an easy to understand way. This was of real benefit as the sale of the family home was as a result of a separation and a very stressful time.

Tania and Paula were great to deal with, always positive, good attention to detail and follow through and persevered to achieve a sale in trying market conditions. Would definitely use them again.

Tania and Paula are a great team, helpful and communicative, everything you want in a Real Estate agent. We got a great result and couldn't be happier.

Tania was bang on with her views to the Brooklyn market, she understood the area well and consequently, I had a seamless sale process
