During the buying process Tania was amazing but as soon as we purchased the house the problem started. First time using the hob and it blew meaning it needed replacing. We had to chase Tania for any contact, she lied about the pre inspection, told us to contact our lawyers and then ghosted us. All we wanted was her or lj hooker to offer some kind of option in good faith but have not heard a thing from her. Would definately not recommend her.

Tania was excellent to work with and had great communication. Always at the end of the phone when needed and super flexible with viewings.
