Tania was recommended by Suzy Causebrook of Barfoot & Thompson Waiuku to Market & Sell our deceased dads property in Kitchener Rd Pukekohe. From the get go Tania was organised, efficient & onto it. Marketing & Advertising was achieved & established easily & quickly. Tania ran open homes & was flexible in switching times & dates out to coincide with other properties in the Close having open days to provide access for more people to view. Each week Tania provided written docs on the week prior including computer data from the extensive Barfoot & Thompson data pool, Tania also followed up with texts emails & phone calls about prospective clients with comprehensive feedback. Once we had a Contract - which took work, in what was a depressed Market, Tania continued to host Open Days in case our Contract fell over. Luckily it did not.
