I met Tania at an open home and I am extremely grateful I did. The home was not suitable for me but Tania listened to what I was after and very quickly started to show me properties that would suit. Unfortunately at the time that I started to look the real-estate market the market went made and prices increased rapidly and for this reason I missed out on some properties. Tania stuck by me through this whole time supporting me until she found the perfect property in the right price range for me. My journey from when I started until I took possession was about 6 months long, however when I did purchase I purchased with complete confidence that it was a very structurally sound house and had everything on my list ticked off. This was due to the sound knowledge that Tanya has in the real estate market and the fact that I instantly felt at ease when I met her and realised that she had listened to me and was supporting me through the whole process. At all times through my journey of purchasing a house Tania would keep me informed about houses coming onto the market, even if they were not suitable; but she would let me know about them so I could make an informed choice as to whether I wished to view them or not. When there was one that she felt was suitable she would make sure that I did view it so that I did not miss out on any possible properties. At all times I felt that Tania was a person that cared and I could trust. I would highly recommend her to any buyer who was looking to purchase in the area. I have not had the experience of having her sell a property for me but I am 100% positive that she would take as much time, care and professionalism with the owners of a property as she does with any potential purchases.
