Straight up and honest. My experiences with Tania were great, my first contact was as a buyer at a pre auction. I wasn’t too keen on going into an auction as I had fairly limited finance so I laid all my cards on the table and she assured me I would have a strong chance of success. So I did trust her and spent the money on inspections and the time organising finance etc. the trust paid off and the price estimate Tania gave me prior was spot on, I became a happy new owner. Five years later I engaged Tania to help me sell, the market had changed quite significantly and her advice was not to auction but to take offers. In total there were six interested parties and perhaps 150 people who viewed. Again the whole process felt honest and straight forward. I made a very tidy profit, had no unexpected surprises, all in all a pretty smooth experience for what is actually quite a stressful exercise. Without doubt I’d recommend Tania, she’s a professional through and through.
