A Harder Sell

During the time of December 2024/2025, the property market in Waikato started to decline and properties like ours, a 2brm outside of Hamilton became somewhat harder to sell. Tane's never ending persistence paid off. Our home was sold for a great median price and we were happy with the outcome. We really valued Tane's input having extensive knowledge and experience in today's market for the Waikato area as a whole. Communication with Tane was effortless and effective when it came time for deadlines. Really happy to say we got an excellent price for our home given the challenging realty markets of today. Will certainly use him again!
