He was consistently responsive and helped coordinate the builder on a number of pre-settlement items, from minor defects to access for repairs and remedial work, often at short notice. He kept us updated on title and subdivision timing along the way and was always quick to follow up when we had questions. His communication was clear, friendly, and professional from start to finish, which made the process much easier given we were managing this purchase from overseas.
