The sale was a little complicated and Sylvia was very accommodating and incredibly responsive to all requests and or questions. Her replies to email’s were responded to in minutes not hours and we thought she was a on to it agent. We found her market knowledge was very current as we had looked very carefully as to what politically was happening in N Z re real estate.
