She was available 24/7 Her willingness to share her local knowledge about craftsmen in the area. And being prepared to seek background documents and even quotes for work that may need to be done. Her humanity in dealing sensitively with the special needs of the sitting tenants and seller all of whom had issues of their own. Showed careful and sensitive negotiating skills to get a sale agreed for the vendor and purchaser. Our assessment? She was faultless!. She continues after the sale to provide advice about local resources when asked.
