My wife and I first met Suzie about eight months ago. We had a property to sell and Suzie was one of the three agents I called in to look at the property and advise us on marketing strategies, price expectation, time frames and any other advice she may have had to enhance the desirability of the property. The property was not an easy one to sell. We initially got her name off a sold board for another property close to the property we had to sell. We ended up going with Suzie because she was successful at selling having sold the other property, she was enthusiastic, she was realistic in her pricing, and she had some very good ideas on how to enhance the property easily. She ended up selling that property for more than she, or the other two agents we had to appraise the property, thought we would. Throughout the sales process, Suzie was a great communicator and a calming influence. After that property sold, we had another property to sell in a different suburb, a different kind of property. Again, we got Suzie in to appraise the second property, and one other agency as well. We chose Suzie again because of the impression she made on us with the sale of the first property, and also because she finds answers to any problems if they arise. We changed the way we were going to market the property on Suzie's advice. I'm so glad we did. She is an achiever because she works hard at getting results. Her communication skills are second to none and her experience shines through at the business end of the transaction. Again, the sale price of the property exceeded our, or Suzie's, expectations. We would have no hesitation in getting Suzie to work on our behalf again, either in buying or selling a property.
