As a buyer you're always very much aware the Agent is working for the Vendor but it's important that the Buyer feels comfortable too, after all we are the party having to write the big cheque. Suzanne has the right balance. We had a few road bumps along the way, and some time pressure towards the end but Sue used all her experience to get the deal done.
