Susan worked incredibly hard to help me purchase my unit, and what impressed me most was the way she handled everything despite being under extreme pressure and dealing with some very challenging circumstances. No matter how difficult things became, she remained professional, calm, determined and completely focused on getting the best possible outcome for me. Susan was always available when I needed her, kept me informed throughout the process, and went far beyond what I expected from an agent.
