She took action straight away and had our house on the market almost immediately as it was a very quick decision to sell and we wanted to move quickly. There was no staging companies available when calling around but Susan went the extra mile and managed to pull some strings and get us staging right away after being told no ourselves by many companies. They took over from a company of non performers, who had tried for over 7 months to sell our property, arranged a complete new marketing package, and had an offer on the property within 2.5 months. The open homes ran extremely well and the information scattered around the house for the visiting parties enabled potential buyers to answer most of their own questions. They carried out the sale in a very professional manner.

Susan and Natarsha are both very knowledgeable regarding the housing market and showed their research to back this up. They went out of their way to help the sale along including getting quotes for things that needed to be addressed around the home to show perspective buyers that the little things weren’t going to cost too much to remedy. Great at staging the house to make it look more presentable. Kept us updated with everything along the way which was awesome. They even offered to help box up belongings and clean… above and beyond. Nothing was a problem and the house sold in 4 weeks. These ladies made a daunting task so easy 😊
