Pardon the pun, but Susan & Simon Dew really deserve that title. We have worked with a number of agents over the years, and can honestly say that these two are the best we've known. In fact, Susan kept in touch with me for many years prior to us ever meeting and listing this property. She has complete stickability! They are excellent communicators, easy to talk to, practical, sensible and hard working. A former nurse, she is highly organised, and doesn't think twice about getting right in and getting her hands dirty to enhance your prospects of a good sale. Our property was tenanted at the start of the process, and the windows were dirty, but when the photographer arrived, before we could blink, Susan had rearranged the kitchen to make it much more presentable for the photo shoot. Then, everything went back to where it came from (except for the window grime, of course!) even before the rest of us had finished talking about the drone... Simon is also a very friendly and agreeable agent, positive, reassuring and great to chat with. Together, they make a great team. This was how it was throughout the process. Everything was arranged and ready, on time, as if by magic. They kept us fully up-to-date with all developments, and nothing seemed too much trouble to them. What more could you want from an agent?
