We have known Sun for a year and we explained what we were looking for, she has a good friendly nature, is well-knowledged about the South Auckland area showed us the right property and gave us enough time to think about the options after viewing the property. Cleared all our doubts by liaising with the vendor made the purchase stress-free. I will highly recommend it to people who are looking to buy in the Drury & Karaka area.
Sun was a pleasure to deal with , keeping us well informed through the whole process and keeping our expectations realistic. Showed a good knowledge of the real estate industry around Drury .
When the sale and the purchase of our new house required some thought Sun did some fantastic work. All parties were satisfied and the sale purchase went like clockwork.
Easy to deal with, friendly and responsible for the jobs.
Sun was so wonderful to deal with right from the start of the process. She helped to give us advice on doing some minor improvements to the house. She communicated so well with ourselves and the tenant to make it a smooth process and to present our house in an appealing way.
I chose to sign up with Sun because of her long and successful track record. I would recommend Sun to anyone considering selling their home. Sun and her team did a great job selling my property. Despite my property being a long way out of her usual local South Auckland area of expertise plus marketing late 2022 into early 2023 proved a very tough time for anyone selling, she and her team worked carefully and tirelessly to finally achieve a sale for me. She listened to what I had to say and at the same time I took most of her advice. Following a few unsuccessful deals over 3 months, I was about to take my house off the market, however even if it hadn't sold at all, I would've still been happy with Sun's commitment and efforts as my agent during that time.
Sun was very knowledgeable about the market and potential buyers for our property. She communicated with us well and was very effective at bringing us offers. I would recommend her to others looking to sell in our area.
It was quick and smooth to sell my property since the listing was started. Sun fully supported me through selling my private property, and she was always available no matter what question being asked. She was knowledgeable on Papakura sales market, thus she and her team have been trustable at all time.
끝까지 책임을 다하며, 진실하고 , 파는사람의 의견을 존중 해서 일을 할려고 하는 태도가 아주 좋습니다.
Sun was professional while making our sale by auction as easy as possible. She took our needs into account. Provided information and took time to keep us informed. Would recommend Sun as she made our sale trouble free.
