I visited an Open Home in my area to check Sue out. I wanted to gain insight in to how she operated. My own house was not quite on the market. Long story short, Sue presented me with an offer on my own house just two weeks later! After some very skilled negotiations on Sue’s part I was happy to accept the offer Sue has a very good knowledge of the industry and particularly Bethlehem, she works relentlessly towards her goal, has great communication skills, and most importantly I knew she was working for the very best results for me, the vendor.
