We are pleased to provide this commendation regarding the excellent work done by Sue, which resulted in the sale of our house in St Johns Park. When our fixed-interest mortgages had to be re-fixed at very high rates in mid-2023, we realised that it was nearly impossible to meet the new interest payments to our bank. Hence, we decided to sell a rental property and pay back some of our loans. The house was tenanted and we needed to sell the house fast at an acceptable price without upsetting the relationship between us the landlords, and our tenants. This was a challenge Sue undertook in a very positive manner after deeply studying the features of the property and the current property market. From the outset, Sue provided us with a clear plan of how she would market and sell the house. Throughout the process, we were kept informed of the progress. She liaised with our tenants to negotiate times to run open homes and to accommodate other professionals such as photographers and building inspectors to visit the house. Soon after three weeks of open homes, Sue identified potential buyers and then liaised with the eventual buyer and ourselves to facilitate negotiations, which resulted in a sale.
