18 months ago Sue was able to pull off the sale of our existing home and the purchase of another within what was, by necessity, a very short timeframe - so when it came to marketing my mother's home, Sue was the obvious choice. She was able to give us good advice on preparing the home for sale, and that sale was achieved in a little over a month despite the market being extremely difficult and there being appalling weather for most of the open homes. Throughout the process Sue kept us well informed on any interest shown in the property, and was sure to follow-up with any prospective buyers. Eventually the stars aligned and the deal was done. On occasions when Sue was unavailable, Jack Solomon was able to step up to the plate and keep us in the loop. He was also instrumental in making sure that all of the background "admin stuff" was covered. So all in all, the sale was made promptly and at a level where both parties feel they have got a reasonable deal. You can't ask for much more than that.

All our dealings with Sue were friendly and professional. Nothing was too much trouble and she understood our situation and the need to sell within a set timeframe. She kept us up to date with progress and the market situation and we would have no hesitation recommending her to others in the region.

Sue has been so knowledgeable about the real estate market in Tauranga. She has done an excellent job of marketing our property.
