Quick to respond, accommodating, friendly and very helpful with whole sale process

I purchased the property late in 2020. There were many road bumps along the way which could have been avoided if Sue had taken care and maturity in her job. What should have been an easy transaction turned out to be a dragged out, delayed battle between lawyers because of failed due diligence done by the agent. Which has costed me massively. If you're putting your name out there and are eager to close the deal maybe having a clear understanding of the house would help. One would expect renovations and pieces included in the advertisement to be approved and included. Unfortunately, when pressed on issues this agent declined to right their wrongs. Put their tail between their legs and disappeared. Sue (Stephen the manager included) have failed to come to the table. I've been told multiple times I will be contacted back regarding my initial letter on the 3rd of December, but every time they've failed. Sad. Being in the pockets of the vendor and averse to helping is disgraceful. I wish future clients have a more successful transaction than myself.
