Our experience with Sue was outstanding. Sue is trustworthy, professional and supported us all the way to get this sale over the line. Without Sues professional knowledge this sale would not have been a bale to proceed. We are so grateful to her and her team for everything they did to make this possible.
Sue was to great to work with and achieved a good result with the sale of the property. Sue was prompt and responsive and had no problems adapting to suit the clients needs.
I met with Sue, we discussed my dream goal and my reality options. Within 10 days of meeting, I was signed and sold to my dream! Sue is positive, proactive, and extremely knowledgeable with regards to the real estate market. Sue is also a super lovely lady to deal with and I would never consider going elsewhere.
Best realestate experience I’ve ever had. Went above and beyond what is expected of a realestate agent. Very straight shooter, with extremely good aim!! Great communication from start to finish. To top it off Sue managed to secure a sale price a lot higher than expected. Thanks Sue, see you on the next one 👌
Sue is one of the few estate agents that understand the current market. Her estimate of my home was spot on and more than any other agent gave.
Knowledge of the market was amazing and gave us guidance to successfully sell our home for more than we were hoping for, and then we also bought exactly what we were looking for very quickly and reasonably priced. Considering the market at this time - that is a massive achievement. Ecstatic with the results
sue responded to very quickly and actioned the sale process efficiently. She often kept us updated and was able to sell the house really quickly.
We randomly sent requests to 4 agencies on a Sunday evening to appraise our home, and Sue rang us within 30mins. At every moment of the entire selling process she gave us all her experience and knowledge without ANY pressure. It was always our decisions! Ended up selling for OVER what we were HOPING to sell for!! We also had to buy and the same excellent standard carried through where we ended up with everything and more of what we were looking for and we couldn't be happier!! Thank you Team Sue Hall for sharing your experience and knowledge, for your honesty and guidance, sharing the ups and downs of our journey and especially for fantastic results Selling and Buying. THUMBS UP 👍
