Sue was really knowledgeable about the area and the market round here. A great communicator always responsive and proactive with ideas and thoughts. She set realistic expectations and schedules and met them. Positive throughout she made the process comfortable. She understood really well what was needed for the buyer and seller, she seemed to make the whole exercise go smoothly. Would willingly work with Sue again any time and recommend her highly.
