Stu was extremely helpful in assisting with the whole process of buying. He was able to let us view the premises several times and answered all questions quickly and with his extensive knowledge was able to help guide the process very efficiently. The entire process has been smooth and easy to navigate. We thank him for all his help and would happily recommend to anyone buying or selling.

More than happy with the way Stu conducted the sale of our house at 23 Mowbray St.Timaru

Stu got the sale over the line.

Stu showed true professionalism throughout the whole process. More than happy to recommend in any real estate transation.

Stu had great communication, and knowledge, was honest and genuine we would definitely use him again

We had a great experience selling our home with Stu. His friendly, approachable, and pleasant demeanor, along with his expert guidance, led to an excellent result for us. Professional, dedicated, and easy to work with, he made the entire process smooth and stress-free from start to finish.

Stu was knowledgeable, very easy to deal with, quick to respond to me and professional. He made the purchase of my wee place a very straight forward , smooth and easy process for me.

Stu was fantastic to work with throughout our home buying process. From the very beginning, he was professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful at every stage. He consistently kept us well informed, often sharing important updates — especially around insurance and key steps — even before we received them from other parties involved. That level of attention and communication made a big difference for us. Stu was always available when we needed to revisit the property or clarify anything, and he made the whole process feel much smoother and less stressful. We really appreciated his transparency, reliability, and the way he looked after us throughout the journey. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Stu to anyone looking to buy or sell a property. Thanks again for all your support — we truly appreciate it. It’s been a pleasure working with you.

Great negotiation skills ,I was pleased with the property evaluation.

Stu made the sale of our house very straight forward and easy with regular open homes at the same time each week, and was careful not to over-promise so we could be realistic in the search for our next house without any disappointments.

Well, well, well. What can I say about Stu that Ian Hanley and Jeremy Talbot haven't in the Herald already? Since Stu despises the performing arts, I wanted to perform an interpretive dance to share my thoughts. Unfortunately, my dancing ability doesn't extend beyond toe tapping. So instead, I have written an acrostic poem: S - sold me a house. If it is a lemon, I will complain to the Herald T - BD U - better get me a good gift since I didn't get the free kiss P - pretty fly I - think you should join Team Kartolo D - did call me a twat. Can provide proof to assist with the investigation In summary, five stars, very nice!

As a first home buyer, I went into the process knowing very little about how everything worked, and Stu was absolutely incredible from start to finish. He took the time to sit down with me and walk through every step of the process, explaining things in a way that was clear, practical, and easy to understand. What really stood out was how approachable and supportive he was the entire time. No question ever felt too small or too dumb, and he always replied quickly to texts or calls whenever I needed reassurance or clarification. Buying a house can be quite overwhelming, but Stu made the whole experience feel not just manageable, but really very exciting. I also really valued Stu’s experience during negotiations. He helped guide me through the process, offering thoughtful advice on how to approach those key moments and what the best next steps might be. Having that level of insight and reassurance made a huge difference and helped lead to a really successful outcome. It was clear that he genuinely wanted everything to go well and that he was advocating for me throughout the whole journey. Stu strikes the perfect balance between being highly professional and genuinely down-to-earth. I always felt like I was in very capable hands, and I’m so grateful to have had him guiding me through such a big milestone. If you’re buying or selling a home, you want someone like Stu in your corner - I truly couldn’t recommend him more highly. If I ever buy or sell again in the future, he will be the first person I call!
