As first home buyers we weren't 100% sure on the process of buying a house, having Stu as our agent was an awesome experience as he helped us gain an understanding of how to buy a house. We felt that Stu genuinely cared about us by checking in to see if everything was going in the right direction and being there for us every step of the way. We will definitely work with Stu in the future and would highly recommend his service to anyone.

I find the concept of engaging a land agent to sell your property and end up being in awe of the other persons agent having to do the work but, that's how it works and that is what Stu did, work very hard to make a sale take place and with conditions that worked for both party's. We found Stu to be pretty approachable and no request seemed too large or too small and he found time to do what he could to look after all party's. At all times, he was very "professional" and very honest in all things he under took but, if he had an experience to share that made the situation at the time clearer, he happily shared his experiences as well, proving he is prepared to take that extra step to help. Overall, we found Stu to be very honest, loyal and sincere, very jovial with a great sense of humor and a genuine "Persons Person". We wish him well in all his laudable undertakings and are happy to recommend him highly knowing he will give of himself to ensure everyone has the desired out come.

We were purchasing a property and Stu was the real estate agent showing us around. He is by far the most respectful and nicest agent we have worked with.
