Knows the local market
It was a pleasure to deal with Steven, his local knowledge was exceptional. He was very informative of the whole process and made the whole experience seem effortless, although I could see the hard work he was actually putting in. There were no surprises and Steven was very upfront about everything, so would certainly recommend him to other vendors and purchasers alike.
